Bill was quick to respond every time I sent a message, answered all my questions about the van honestly (told me he didn't know when he didn't know), and was very accommodating for me coming to see the van (willing to come in early) and picking it up outside of normal business hours, as I live over 100 miles away. I highly recommend Victor Auto Group and would definitely do business with them again.

I have purchased 2 vehicles from Victor Auto Group. Most recently I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee and it had a recall on it. When taking my vehicle in to the Jeep dealership I asked that they do an oil change. In attempting to do the oil change, a wrong tool was used and the nut was stripped. The dealership told me that if they continued it could break and if it did it would be $900 to fix. I called Bill at Victor and he told me to bring the vehicle to him and he would take care of it. I brought my car into Bill today and within 20 mins he had the part off, did the oil change and replaced the stripped nut. I could not have asked for a better experience. Victor Auto cares about their customers and provides one of the best customer experiences I have ever had. Bill has earned a customer for life!
